their system is very straight forward and easy to use. it’s even easy for beginners, love it! it’s simplified and not confusing, have the minimal important things and some features that makes it very convenient and easy to navigate. recommend!!

however, a slight alteration can be done 🙂 bookings made under the same email and phone number can be showed for all visitors. because some visitors booked with the same email and phone number for a few guest, the system only shows the first person with the email and phone number. therefore when we search it up, it only shows one person, which makes it a little troublesome, as we have to find the others through their names. it’s easier to find people through the phone number than their names. therefore to maximise efficiency, every visitor should be labelled with email and phone number of the person that made the booking.

Klobbi is our go to whenever we require registration services for our events. We have been engaging them for a couple of events, and I’ve nothing but praises for their services - from the registration website, EDMs, badge printing services to the on-day event registration. They listen to our feedback and provide their professional opinions as well.

Our accounts service manager, Kai, is responsive, patient and utmost helpful.

Their rates are very reasonable as well!
