While reminding us that “Now is not the time” to rest on our laurels and as we move together towards the next chapter.

Klobbi played a pivotal role as the event’s supporting partner, tasked with managing online ticketing for this monumental occasion. With a mere two weeks to set up the registration system, the challenge was immense to ensure a seamless online registration for a diverse audience spanning all age groups, from tech-savvy individuals to those less familiar with online platforms.

Our solution was simple yet efficient: an intuitive registration workflow accessible to all. This user-centric approach, coupled with a robust and quick system, proved effective.

The result? An overwhelming success. Over 26,000 online registrations poured in, a testament to Lee Kuan Yew’s enduring legacy. This project showcased Klobbi’s technological prowess, its commitment to innovation, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Sgcleanday

A record-breaking environmental initiative, “Singapore Clean Day,” attracted over 4,000 eager participants. With almost 4,500 gathered at the F1 Pit Building to pick up trash in a historic attempt to beat the old record of 1,798 held by the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment (then known as the Ministry of Environment and Water Resources)

This ambitious city cleanup swept the previous participation records, with the final official count of 4,383 volunteers.

To ensure that the event was a success, Klobbi’s played a  monumental role in efficiently managing thousands of online registrations and the onsite check-in for green army who turned up within a 45-minute window, with only 10 mobile check-in station.

The event was a resounding success for Klobbi. Our ability to manage such a mammoth crowd within a short amount of time showcased our technological finesse.

Klobbi Event Registration Platform is a serviced suited.

That means you will be assigned a dedicated service manager who will manage the registration process for you.

We will provide you with a standard template and require the following information from you:

  1. Event branding or company logo.
  2. Field requirements
  3. Confirmation email
  4. Company T&C and PDPA policy

For special design registration forms, we will work closely together with you to custom design the registration forms.

Yes the data collected on our event registration platform will be secured.

– We use TLS 1.2 when transmitting data to and from server

– We use AES-256 encryption for data-at-rest

– File servers and Database Servers always separated

– Database access is filtered by a firewall, accessible only via whitelisted IP addresses

Transfer of data will strictly comply with PDPA and GDPR regulations.

Data is collected and stored with us up to 30 days after the event officially ends. 

After which, data collected by Klobbi will be destroyed. 

We welcome you to witness the destruction of data from our servers if this process is required by your organisation. 

Data collected will strictly be for your event purposely only. We do not store, transfer or sell your data to any other third parties.

Data collection will strictly comply with PDPA and GDPR standards.

Data collected should only be for event purposes. Your dedicated service manager will advise what information you can or cannot collect from your guest.

We recommend the use of Paypal and Stripe as your payment portal.

Your organisation should have an existing payment portal account. Our team will assist with the integration for your event.

If you require integrations of other payment portals such as Alipay, Wechat, etc. Just let our team know and we will make the necessary arrangements for you.

their system is very straight forward and easy to use. it’s even easy for beginners, love it! it’s simplified and not confusing, have the minimal important things and some features that makes it very convenient and easy to navigate. recommend!!

however, a slight alteration can be done 🙂 bookings made under the same email and phone number can be showed for all visitors. because some visitors booked with the same email and phone number for a few guest, the system only shows the first person with the email and phone number. therefore when we search it up, it only shows one person, which makes it a little troublesome, as we have to find the others through their names. it’s easier to find people through the phone number than their names. therefore to maximise efficiency, every visitor should be labelled with email and phone number of the person that made the booking.
